Core ID

There are so many times I've heard, "I wish I would have known this when I was younger, It would have helped me so much!"

Led by licensed therapist, Kelly Fisk, the Core ID Group Series is intended to equip girls in their teens and twenties to understand their identity, self-worth, and connection to others. Through self-assessments, guidance, and reflection, group members will leave with tools they can refer back to again and again!

Life lived from teen to adulthood is where we define who we are, how we care for ourselves, and how we connect with others. These connections impact who we become, how we view family, relate to others, recognize our gifts, make friends, and even choose a significant other. Understanding our Core ID will equip us in times when things get tough, when no one seems to understand, or when we don't believe in ourselves enough to resist the things that can hurt us.  

Both the teen and twenties groups are led by Kelly Fisk, a licensed therapist, LMFT #2184 and held in the Franklin Factory. Teens meet on Mondays @ 10-11:30am and the twenties group will meet on Tuesdays @ 10-11:30am. The total cost is $600. Payment in full or weekly payments of $150 are accepted.
